At Gallery Kiy, we have a deep passion for mid-20th century lighting by Oluce, and this exceptionally rare pair of table lamps by Tito Agnoli is a true standout.
Designed in 1958 and catalogued in the Oluce Catalogue Raisonné, these lamps are seldom seen on the market (we have not been able to find another example). Beyond their rarity, they are beautifully crafted, well-proportioned, and a testament to Agnoli's refined design sensibility.
We particularly love the way the opal perspex shades rotate effortlessly on the solid enameled brass base, allowing for adjustable light direction - both functional and sculptural in equal measure.
The lamps are in very good vintage condition. Minor surface marks consistent with age, but nothing visually distracting. The perspex is intact, and the revolving mechanism functions smoothly.
All our pieces are available for viewing at our West London showroom. Additional high-resolution images or detailed videos are available on request. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
