This exquisite two-seat sofa, a stunning piece from the renowned LC3 collection, was designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand in 1928. Our example is made by the current license holder Cassina and dates to the 1980s, this iconic design blends sophisticated comfort with sleek modernity. The black leather upholstery offers a luxurious feel, while the chrome frame adds a contemporary feel to any interior.
The piece is in good vintage condition. The frame is structurally good without any break or repairs. The straps are all firm. The leather has a great patina and show signs of use but not abuse. The leather is still firm and does not show sagging. The chrome around the feet has flaked and there is slight oxidisation to the stell frame below. This is not overly visible and doesn’t detract from the piece. I have taken images of the wear.
If there is serious interest I can make and send a video of the piece for you reassurance.
