The Pierre Jeanneret writing chair remains one of our absolute favourites from his Chandigarh collection. Asymmetrical, architectural, and full of character, this design is quietly striking and visually balanced from every angle.

With its angular frame and signature compass legs, the chair feels light in presence but strong in form. It carries a rich, layered patina that speaks to its history somthing not found in all pieces. Whether placed in a hallway, study, bathroom or as a sculptural object on its own, this is the ideal single piece recommendation for those seeking just one standout Jeanneret work in their collection.

The chair has been professianally restored to the highest standard. The frame is structurally sound, and the cane seat and back have been newly woven and carefully aged to match the original teak.

All of our pieces are available to view at our West London showroom. Additional high-resolution images or detailed videos are available on request. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions.
